Personal Training (In-Person)
I offer private PT sessions in a fully equipped gym, with a minimum commitment of 12 sessions.
Your training programme will be fully customised to your goals, starting point, and fitness level, with ongoing adjustments to ensure continuous progress.
You’ll also gain access to my online coaching app, where your workouts, progress tracking (photos, measurements, bodyweight), and optional meal plans are all organised in one place.
To complement your training, you’ll also receive nutritional guidance and accountability check-ins to keep you on track.

Breathwork (In-Person)
I offer private guided Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) sessions.
CCB is a gentle yet powerful form of breathwork designed to help you access your subconscious, release stored tension, and reconnect with your body on a deeper level. Unlike more forceful styles of breathwork, this method mirrors your body’s natural healing rhythms - similar to the way you breathe during restful states or as a newborn.
Breathwork helps restore balance within your nervous system, creating space for the body and mind to heal on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
These sessions create a safe and supportive space for emotional release, clarity, and self-discovery.
When the mind is still, the body is free to release, reset, and renew.
The techniques you learn during these sessions are tools you can carry for a lifetime, supporting ongoing healing and self-discovery!

Personal Training (Online)
For clients who prefer to work with me online, I offer coaching (structured in 8-week blocks) through my training app, designed to give you the same level of structure, support, and accountability as in-person training.
You’ll receive a personalised training programme with video demonstrations, progressive updates, and detailed progress tracking (measurements, progress photos, and bodyweight). The app also allows syncing with fitness trackers and meal apps for a more holistic view of your progress.
To complement your training, I’ll provide tailored nutritional guidance and make adjustments to your plan along the way, ensuring it aligns with your goals and lifestyle.
We’ll stay connected through regular check-in calls (start, midway and end), weekly WhatsApp check-ins, and ongoing support.

Breathwork (Online)
These sessions bring the transformative power of breathwork into the comfort of your own space.
Through online facilitation, I’ll guide you in Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) techniques to release stress, shift your state of mind, and tap into a deeper sense of calm and presence. (Refer to above section on Breathwork (In-Person) to read more about CCB)
Online sessions are equally powerful and allow for flexibility and integration at your own pace.
These virtual sessions are conducted via Zoom, with personalised guidance and integration support to help you carry the benefits of breathwork into your daily life.
