Q: What can I expect in your 1:1 PT Sessions?

A: In our 1:1 sessions, we work together to create a fitness and lifestyle plan tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. An individual 1:1 coaching session will span an hour, where you will be taken through a customised fitness program, with regular check-ins on your lifestyle and nutritional habits.

Whether you're looking to build strength, shed a few pounds, improve your overall health/well-being, or anything in between, expect a supportive and inclusive environment where we celebrate your successes and work through challenges together.

Q: What can I expect from your Online Coaching Service?

A: My online coaching service operates on an 8-Week structure. When you join, we'll kick things off with a complimentary 30-minute virtual consultation. During this chat, we'll dive into your fitness goals, specific needs, starting point, equipment access, and lifestyle factors.

From there, I'll craft a completely customised training program and nutrition plan - fully accessible via my online training app. This includes video demonstrations, progressive updates, and detailed progress tracking (measurements, progress photos, and bodyweight). The app also allows syncing with fitness trackers and meal apps for a more holistic view of your progress.

But here's the fun part - these plans aren't set in stone. They're like a dynamic roadmap, adjusted as needed to match your progress and unique requirements. Plus, we'll have 2 check-in calls to catch up (Weeks 4 and 8), and I'll be checking in with you regularly via WhatsApp.

Q: What goes into a Breathwork Session?

A: A Breathwork session typically lasts up to 2 hours and is divided into three parts:

  • Intention Setting (20–25 mins): We begin with a conversation to understand your intentions, current state, and any emotions or patterns you’d like to work through.

  • Breathwork Practice (60–70 mins): You’ll be guided through a Conscious Connected Breathing journey while lying down preferably, allowing your body and mind to release tension, process emotions, and access deeper states of awareness.

  • Integration (20–25 mins): We close the session with reflection, sharing, and practical tools or “homework” to help you integrate the experience into your daily life.

During the session, it’s normal to experience physical sensations (such as tingling or temperature changes), emotional releases, or waves of discomfort. These are part of the body’s natural process of clearing and healing
