Key Responsibilities

  • Coach clients on the gym floor (1:1 and/or small group sessions) in accordance with their health & fitness goals

  • Provide basic nutritional guidance and accountability check-ins

  • Communicate clearly with clients and adapt programming as needed

  • Attend regular team check-ins (virtual or in person)

  • Ideally, you’re also open to supporting social media content or marketing efforts to help grow the brand

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of personal training experience preferred (open to newer coaches with the right mindset and commitment)

  • Recognised PT certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, NCSF, or equivalent) and/or Undergraduate degree in Sports Science or related field (Required)

  • CPR/AED certification (Required)

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Build up to a minimum of 10 - 15 PT hours/week over time

  • Must be comfortable traveling between gym locations (Tanjong Pagar and Katong)

  • Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Singapore

  • Expected Start Date: September 2025 

Bonus If You…

  • Already have an existing client base 

  • Can contribute to social media content, events, or workshop

  • Are interested in holistic practices like breathwork or nervous system regulation

Remuneration

This role begins as a commission-based position.

You’ll be paid per session, with compensation based on experience.

We understand that lead flow may take time to build, so this will be structured as a 3-month probation period.

After the first 3 months, there is potential to transition into a base + commission model, depending on performance, client load, and long-term alignment.
