I’m a Personal Trainer and Breathwork Practitioner.
I’m passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential by optimising their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
. . .
After 5 years in the fitness industry in Singapore, helping individuals get stronger and fitter, I realised that more people could really benefit from incorporating another gentle, yet, complementary layer to their practice - breathwork.
Through movement and breathwork, I support individuals in:
transforming their bodies,
calming their nervous systems,
and reclaiming the power to create a life they truly desire.

HELLO! I’M SHARON.
“Why do you do what you do?”
Growing up in Singapore - a competitive and fast-paced city, I am no stranger to the plethora of outcomes that come with any stressful lifestyle.
I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, and among them, more than 80% of them having experienced some combination of stress, anxiety, depression.
And of course, I’ve had my fair share of these experiences too.
Growing up in a conservative Asian household, I am no stranger to high expectations and the occasional disapproval, which created a lot of internal conflict about what I truly wanted from life.
Moving out of home has given me the clarity and freedom to figure sh*t out for myself, though the journey has been far from linear.
I’ve felt lost many times, second-guessed my life choices and reached out for quick dopamine rushes to make the journey feel just a little more bearable.
Navigating this world however, there has also been a few practices and habits that have helped me grow and become the woman that I desire to become.
Growing up, movement has always been a big part of my life - I loved sprinting, field hockey and started hitting the gym at 17.
I learned early that my physical health is something I can control and that consistent effort compounds over time into lasting change.
Through movement, I’ve learned determination, patience, and the power of showing up for myself. I wanted to inspire others to honour their bodies and create a life they love.
Yet, true transformation required going deeper.
As I navigated adulthood, I discovered more tools to help me along the way - from therapy to journaling to meditation to energy work, and the list goes on. While each had its impact, what truly shifted everything was intentional breathwork.
THE BREATH HAS A POWER LIKE NO OTHER…
Grounding you, shifting your state of consciousness - allowing you to access the deeper parts of yourself and rewrite the narrative that you’ve been telling yourself.
It was the one tool that allowed me to actually internalise all the lessons that I’ve learnt and reframe a lot of my thought patterns that weren’t serving me anymore.
Today, I feel ever more so connected with my body and mind, on a spiritual level.
This journey is ever-evolving, and I’m still learning as I navigate the world.
Above all, I aspire to share these tools (be it through movement or the breath) with others and be part of their process of finding strength, clarity, and power within themselves. ❤️
